Return & Exchange Policy

At Sugar Homeware, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality homeware products, but in the rare case that something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a request.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Valid Reasons for Return:

    • You received a product with a manufacturing defect.

    • You received the wrong product (different size, design, or item than what was ordered).

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of color or design, or general wear and tear.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at sales@sugarhomeware.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Your Order ID

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear images or videos highlighting the defect or incorrect product

  3. Our customer support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with the next steps.

Important: We reserve the right to decline a return request if proper visual proof is not provided or if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping or manufacturing.

Return Shipping Policy

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of the product.

  • Sugar Homeware is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.

Refunds & Replacements

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If your claim is approved, we will initiate:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund, based on your preference.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Used products
