Return & Exchange Policy
At Sugar Homeware, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality homeware products, but in the rare case that something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a request.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Valid Reasons for Return:

You received a product with a manufacturing defect.

You received the wrong product (different size, design, or item than what was ordered).

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of color or design, or general wear and tear.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Clear images or videos highlighting the defect or incorrect product

Our customer support team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with the next steps.
Important: We reserve the right to decline a return request if proper visual proof is not provided or if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping or manufacturing.
Return Shipping Policy

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of the product.

Sugar Homeware is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
Refunds & Replacements
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

If your claim is approved, we will initiate:

A replacement, or

A full refund, based on your preference.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items are not eligible for return:
