But our prices are exclusive of shipment charges. So we expect you too co-operate and understand us we are bound by our limitations. And trust us we won't charge you higher shipment fees, we would find economical and best solution so that we can serve you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At SUGAR, we plan to provide you with quality goods and services. But we are also a group of humans , if by any chance we might have served you with some defective good. Do not worry. We are here for you. You can report to us and we might refund you your money or exchange the good as per your discretion. Refund would initiate within 1-2 days from the time goods arrive at our facility.
